Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to love your product, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: Items purchased through "The View" are eligible through January 1st 2026 post purchase date. Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
  2. Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not qualify for a full refund.
  3. Return Process:

    • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
    • Pack the item securely and attach the provided label to the package.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product, please specify when contacting Customer Service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
